All Grained products are handcrafted and made to order. Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in color, texture, pattern, and finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, actual colors may vary depending on your device or screen settings.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided, including names, numbers, addresses, and contact details, is accurate.

As all products are custom-made, production begins after your order has been confirmed. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be completed before production begins.

5. Production & Delivery

Production times may vary depending on the complexity of each order.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may be affected by courier services, customs clearance, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Grained is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

6. Returns & Refunds

As all products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been completed and delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Each request will be reviewed individually, and if approved, an appropriate solution may be offered, including repair, replacement, exchange, or refund.
