Production Time

Signature Collection

All Signature Collection pieces are made to order. Once your order has been confirmed, production typically takes 2–4 business days.

Bespoke Projects

Production time for Bespoke Projects varies depending on the size, complexity, and scope of the project. Once your inquiry is confirmed, we will provide an estimated production timeline specific to your order.

Shipping

Once production has been completed, orders are carefully packaged and dispatched.

Estimated shipping time is 4–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Availability

At this time, Grained ships exclusively within Kuwait.

We are not currently offering international shipping. As our studio continues to grow, international shipping may become available in the future. Any updates will be announced on our website.
